I noted with much dismay the motion filed in Parliament by an opposition member regarding medical services in Fiji.
Unfortunately the motion was defeated in Parliament.
I believe it was a very positive motion whereby medical services could have come under the spotlight and shortcomings rectified.
I believe majority of the parliamentarians are probably not happy with medical services and still voted against the motion. How insane.

I appreciate the revelation by the independent investigator Andrew McGregor that the probe "will not blame anyone" (FT 10/3). But surely I believe someone should foster aviation safety and civil aviation system of this country after the terrible accident.
I believe it is good for the tourist industry and indeed the relatives of the unfortunate victims of the air accident. Someone help!

I sincerely request that our members of parliament act in a manner that our children can look up to.

Our Fiji for sevens World Series tournament hosting bid will be historic in every sense.
Fiji could become the only country with a population less than a million people to host a tournament if given the green light.
We could become the first Pacific country to host a series leg? historic in itself.
Above all either Australia or New Zealand will have to forfeit a tournament. This will indeed be a big boost for Fiji and World Rugby's confidence in Fiji rugby.
Whatever is the outcome a Fiji leg will not only bring sevens to a new level but the world will surely see a host displaying true Melanesian culture and sevens magic.
Go Fiji go the way the world should see.
