No perfect government

YES brother Simon you are absolutely correct that there is no such thing as a perfect government and that the current one is far way better than the rest (FT 24/1).

But that does not postulate that future governments will be no better either. On the contrary, I believe they will try their level best to outdo their predecessor if elected. For if they fail to deliver then they know very well that they will be outvoted in the next election.

Therefore, we should not pass judgment before giving others a fair chance to rule.

There are some parties in the Opposition who have never been given a chance to govern their full term.
