Children need a boat

Allow me to thank your paper, the "people say" paper for highlighting the plight of the villagers of Toga, Vunadrovu and Raiwaqa regarding problems faced by their children when travelling to school daily.

These villages urgently need boats to ferry their children across to their schools.

I was there on Saturday (13/01/18), visiting Raiwaqa Village at their request and heard about this and when the story appeared in The Fiji Times, it was awesome.

I had also gone on Twitter to highlight this issue.

I hope the Ministry of Education will take ownership of what has been raised.
