Top ups

So it's 2018 and the powers that be said that e-ticketing should make travelling on our public transport simple and enjoyable.

OK, so tell me how is it simple when we have to walk all over Cunningham in search of the proverbial top up? I went to the store I usually go to top up with, and mind you it's a canteen as the shops in our neighbourhood don't do top ups and was told that they don't offer that service anymore.

So I pull out my phone and dial the required digits to find the nearest place to top up, walked up to stage 3 only to be told they were out of credit, so it was a taxi job again as the next one after that was at RB Patel, and the heat was just not friendly enough to walk all the way there and then go into town.

Request if the big wigs could give us the option to use either the card or pay cash as it will save people a lot of hassle, I am just saying.
