Don't get me wrong, what you consume is terribly important, but it's OK to indulge a little bit on food this Christmas.
We should not feel guilty about having good food in moderation.
Don't feel deprived, but don't be over indulgent either.
There has got to be some middle ground. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables but it's no harm to have some lovo pork or your favourite cakes.
Just acknowledge it - it's Christmas and I am probably going to eat a little bit more and that's it.
You don't have to lose sleep over it.
For some, Christmas is more a worry then celebration.
With the busy period of the holiday season and its emphasis on gift giving, gift buying and food, we must not forget that Jesus is the greatest gift which is still on offer.Home | Top
