Every day I read The Fiji Times and the Eyewitness picture is always one of my targets.
Rubbish on the road and other stuff is shown there.
But what intrigues me are the road signs.
I just quote a few from December.
These were shown in December in the paper:
1/12 the road sign is bent closed;
2/12 the road sign is hidden behind overgrown trees;
5/12 the Waimanu Rd sign is pointing towards Renwick Rd;
8/12 the pay and display signboard is (half eaten) broken;
9/11 the Gopendra Pathic Lane sign is broken; and
11/12 the McFarlane Rd, and Kia St signs are pointing in different directions.
Shall I go on?
If the newspaper's photographers can go around and spot these things, what about those in charge of the signs?
Shall I talk about rubbish put on roadsides by residents?
Anyway, you all know what I mean.
Good on you The Fiji Times for highlighting these things.
Oh, before I forget, the pay and display sign that was shown on 8/12 was shown again today 12/12.
Can I be allowed to snigger, please.Home | Top
