Poor service

I have not been banking there for generations but this particular bank seriously needs to draw up new strategies in order to effectively improve their sluggish customer service at one of their branches in Lautoka.

Opening up a new personal account takes almost a gruelling hour!

I believe the slow-paced services rendered at this bank is similar to the deplorable services provided by the outpatient department here at the Lautoka Hospital.

Lose hope reh!
