As relatives and friends gathered after a funeral, it zoomed into the compound heavily tinted and majestically black. The minister pops out, apologises for not being able to stay longer shakes hands than leaves, warning Major (Allen Lockington) no hanky panky! I believe it is ridiculous of the FRA to assert "road humps is the last resort" as a request of the village headman of Nabavatu for road humps in regards to the paramount safety of their children was a last chance (FT 13/6).

Anyway, please do allow the village to use ropes to be laid on the road that will slow down speeding and negligent drivers in the meantime if road humps are too costly and until they wait for the day all other preference of FRA's safety measures fail to work.
