Wrong medication

Lawrence Wara, Suva | Monday, June 19, 2017
LAST week a cousin of mine was admitted to hospital because a doctor at the health centre prescribed her with the wrong medication.

She was suffering from an inflated bladder and when she ended up in hospital they found fluid in her lungs and there were symptoms of TB and pneumonia.

This is scary because if she did not seek a second opinion from a private doctor it could have been worse.

I would like to shout out to the big wigs to please bring in quality if you want to bring in expatriate doctors.

During this cold spell please be vigilant with your health and don't leave things to the last minute.

Anyway here is a big thanks to the staff of CWM Hospital for taking care of cousin who has returned home this week, keep up the good work.
