Hitting bullseye

Fiji versus Australia in a decade of matches has seen significant improvements and a big step up.

In 2007, we played Australia in a Test almost on the same day.

It was June 9, 2007, and we lost 49-0. In the same year within three months, we met in the Rugby World Cup and got walloped 55-12.

Three years later on 05/06/10, we played the Wallabies in a Test and were beaten 49-3.

And last year in the Rugby World Cup on 24/09/16, we came close with a 28-13 defeat. Wow the latest encounter we gave our very best and again came short 37-14.

This decade of matches the score is getting close and it is a matter of time and I am sure it will not take another decade, but soon we will hit the bullseye.

Go Fiji go, sa voleka!
