Employee turnover

It is quite interesting to see some of the same companies re-advertising positions they had advertised months if not weeks ago.

I believe many of these companies are notorious for having a high employee turnover rate and not having proper human resources/training departments and policies in place to ensure that the right individuals are hired for the positions and adequate training is provided.

It makes one question the reputation and integrity of these companies when employees are seen constantly leaving and there is a low retention rate.

Perhaps the proper authorities should investigate and advise these companies as they restructure.

If no value is placed on people, then no value is placed on the company.
