Minimum wage EVERY person should live on a minimum wage for a year, after that then we discuss it. Allen Lockington Kava Place, Waiyavi, Lautoka

People's choice

IN the recent sitting of Parlia-ment, I believe the attorney-general and acting prime minister passionately referred to the decision by Fiji Airways to supply only the Fiji Sun on board its flights as an independent commercial decision. Then an airport service station sells only that particular newspaper, but not The Fiji Times (FT27/5). Is that a coincidence? I believe it looks more like an effort to suppress the people's choice.

Truth and fact

Suppression of truth and facts is an evolution similar to climate change. Common bonds and trust will erode, which we will later pay with a high price

Late finish

I believe the swimming competition in Suva finished at 11pm. Why so late? The poor kids.

Attitude

It's all about attitude. Albert Einstein once said weakness in attitude becomes weakness of character.
